WHAT IF I TAKE MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT?

We understand that sometimes accidents can happen.

If you ingest one more capsule or gummy than recommended, there's no need to worry.  We've formulated our supplements to be safe and effective, so taking a little extra shouldn't cause any adverse effects.

However, if you start feeling strange or if you accidentally took much more than the recommended amount, it's important to take action. We recommend that you contact your primary care doctor for instructions and recommendations. Your doctor will be able to provide personalized guidance based on your individual health needs.
